Recruiting physicians can be a complex and expensive challenge. Truro and Colchester Partnership for Economic Prosperity (TCPEP) recognized an opportunity to leverage Haylo’s experience tasking us to help recruit Family Physicians specifically to the Truro Colchester area.

Armed with beautifully curated physician testimonial videos and state-of-the-art healthcare facility content, Haylo applied our insights in health recruitment, executing an international hyper-targeted digital media campaign. Over a modest 3-week period the campaign generated 200 expressions of interest from international doctors interested in the opportunity to practice in Truro Colchester.

Dynamic ads targeting ideal prospects allowed for a very relevant user experience where they could imagine the Truro Colchester area as their new balanced life. TCPEP and Nova Scotia Health then continued the user journey with a personalized career concierge experience from checking qualifications to booking site visits.
